Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Mycleverly Services, operating the MyCleverly platform. By accessing or using MyCleverly, creating an account, buying content, publishing content, using MyCleverly AI, or participating in the marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use MyCleverly on behalf of a company, school, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Additional terms may apply to specific products, subscriptions, creator programs, live events, enterprise accounts, schools, promotions, or third-party integrations. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms control for that feature.

You must be old enough to use MyCleverly under the laws of your location and must have any required parent, guardian, school, or organization approval. MyCleverly is not intended for children under 13 unless a compliant children or school program is implemented.

You are responsible for accurate account information, password security, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify support@mycleverly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts using false identities, automated means, stolen credentials, temporary disposable identities for abuse, or information belonging to another person without authorization.

MyCleverly is a digital learning marketplace where users may access videos, ebooks, downloadable content, quizzes, live training, certificates, instructor content, community features, and AI-assisted learning tools.

MyCleverly may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content formats, AI tools, pricing models, marketplace categories, creator programs, or integrations. Digital services evolve over time.

Some content is provided by independent creators. MyCleverly may host, review, promote, rank, moderate, or remove creator content, but creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their own materials.

When you purchase or enroll in a course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access that content through MyCleverly for your own learning purposes.

You do not purchase ownership of the course, video, ebook, quiz, source file, template, certificate design, or platform software. You may not resell, share, sublicense, scrape, download in bulk, record, redistribute, publicly display, or commercialize content unless the product page or creator license expressly allows it.

Access may be limited by account status, payment status, creator removal, legal requirements, security issues, licensing restrictions, platform changes, or violation of these Terms. Lifetime access, if advertised, means lifetime of the product on MyCleverly, not your personal lifetime or indefinite support.

Payments, taxes, subscriptions, credits, coupons, billing errors, creator payouts, and refunds are governed by the Payments, Refunds and Billing Policy. MyCleverly’s standard refund window for eligible direct purchases is 15 calendar days, subject to limitations.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges shown at checkout. You must not use unauthorized payment methods, exploit promotions, or initiate abusive chargebacks after consuming digital content.

If a transaction is reversed, refunded, disputed, suspected of fraud, or unpaid, MyCleverly may suspend access to the relevant content or account while the issue is reviewed.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, including course materials, comments, reviews, prompts, files, messages, assignments, and profile content, subject to rights you grant to MyCleverly and other users under these Terms.

You grant MyCleverly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, translate, moderate, analyze, promote, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, market, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law, infringe intellectual property, contain unlawful material, mislead learners, or violate our policies.

MyCleverly AI may generate explanations, recommendations, summaries, practice questions, study plans, and other content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be verified.

You are responsible for prompts you submit and how you use outputs. You must not use AI to cheat, infringe rights, create harmful content, impersonate others, bypass security, or provide regulated advice without authorization.

AI data processing is further described in the MyCleverly AI Policy and Privacy Policy.

MyCleverly may issue certificates, badges, completion records, quiz scores, or learning achievements. Unless expressly stated, these are platform records and do not guarantee employment, certification exam success, academic credit, licensing, visa eligibility, professional qualification, or official recognition by a third party.

MyCleverly may revoke or correct certificates and scores where there is fraud, cheating, payment reversal, account sharing, technical error, content removal, or policy violation.

You must not violate law, infringe rights, harass others, upload malware, scrape the platform, bypass payment, share accounts, manipulate reviews, abuse refunds, attack systems, spam users, publish illegal content, collect personal data without authorization, or interfere with the service.

Cybersecurity, AI, data, finance, legal, health, and similar courses must be educational and lawful. Operational instructions for crime, unauthorized intrusion, fraud, credential theft, or evasion of safety controls are prohibited.

MyCleverly may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, block payments, deny refunds, revoke certificates, reduce visibility, withhold payouts, or contact authorities where appropriate.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Users and creators must not buy reviews, post fake reviews, exchange compensation for positive reviews, threaten negative reviews for improper leverage, or hide material relationships.

Search results, recommendations, rankings, badges, and promotional placements may be influenced by relevance, popularity, quality, ratings, completion data, language, price, freshness, refund rates, policy compliance, personalization, advertising, and marketplace testing.

MyCleverly may remove or reduce visibility of content, reviews, or accounts that harm trust, violate law, manipulate the marketplace, or degrade learner experience.

MyCleverly provides the service on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, specific learning outcomes, employment results, certification success, or that all content is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyCleverly and Mycleverly Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or learning outcomes.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the DE and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

EU, UK, and other consumers may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their place of residence or use local consumer protection mechanisms. These Terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, pricing, marketplace rules, AI features, or business practices change. Questions may be sent to support@mycleverly.com.
