1. Subscription plans
Subscription plans may provide access to selected courses, categories, AI features, ebooks, quizzes, live sessions, downloads, certificates, or premium tools for a recurring fee.
Subscription access may change as courses are added or removed, creators leave, licenses expire, content is updated, or marketplace rules change. MyCleverly should avoid misleading users about included content and should provide clear plan descriptions.
2. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users authorize MyCleverly or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
Users should be able to cancel through account settings or by contacting support@mycleverly.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated.
3. Free trials
Free trials must clearly state trial length, renewal date, renewal price, included features, cancellation method, and any limits. If a payment method is required, the user should be told when charges begin.
MyCleverly may limit users to one trial, refuse repeat trials, and revoke trial access for abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms.
4. Credits and coupons
Learning credits may be used only for eligible MyCleverly purchases and may have expiration dates, territory restrictions, product exclusions, or account limits. Credits usually have no cash value and are not transferable unless stated otherwise.
Coupons may be limited by time, product, creator, category, country, account, payment method, minimum purchase, or number of uses. Coupons cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
5. Taxes and invoices
Taxes may be calculated based on billing information, location, product type, seller status, and applicable law. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
Invoices, receipts, VAT numbers, tax exemptions, or billing corrections may be requested through support@mycleverly.com.
