1. Controller and legal bases
Mycleverly Services operates MyCleverly and is the controller for most platform data. Contact: support@mycleverly.com. Address: 213 North Market Street, #1022, Wilmington, DE 19801.
We process data to perform our contract with you, including account access, learning content, purchases, refunds, support, certificates, creator marketplace services, and security features.
We process data based on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics, abuse detection, marketplace integrity, basic marketing where permitted, and legal defense. We process data based on consent for non-essential cookies, some marketing, and selected AI or profiling settings.
2. GDPR rights
Depending on the context, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Send requests to support@mycleverly.com. We may verify your identity, clarify the request, and refuse or limit requests where the GDPR permits, such as where data is needed for legal claims, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or completion of a transaction.
3. International transfers
MyCleverly is based in the United States, and data may be processed in the United States and other countries. For EEA, UK, and Swiss transfers, appropriate safeguards should include Standard Contractual Clauses, UK transfer mechanisms, adequacy decisions, data processing agreements, and supplementary measures where required.
A production deployment should maintain a list of subprocessors, countries of processing, transfer safeguards, and security measures for hosting, payment, AI, analytics, email, support, video, and translation providers.
5. EU consumer and digital content rights
EU and UK consumer rules may provide mandatory rights for distance contracts, digital content, digital services, price transparency, unfair terms, cancellation, and remedies for non-conforming digital content.
MyCleverly’s platform refund policy offers a 15-day commercial refund window for eligible direct purchases, but EU statutory withdrawal rights may have separate rules, including special rules when digital content access begins immediately with the consumer’s consent and acknowledgment.
6. Online platform transparency
If MyCleverly qualifies as an online platform or marketplace under EU digital services rules, it should provide clear terms, notice-and-action reporting, reasons for moderation decisions, internal complaint handling, trader traceability where required, advertising transparency, and information about ranking parameters.
Users may report illegal content, intellectual property infringement, fraud, unsafe courses, misleading listings, hate or harassment, child safety issues, or other policy violations through support@mycleverly.com.
7. Complaints and representative placeholder
European users may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in their country of residence, place of work, or place of alleged infringement. We encourage contacting support@mycleverly.com first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If MyCleverly becomes legally required to appoint an EU or UK representative, this page should be updated with the representative’s name, address, email, and covered jurisdictions.
