1. Illegal or harmful content

You may not use MyCleverly to publish, sell, request, or facilitate illegal content, exploitation of minors, terrorist content, credible threats, doxxing, unlawful violence, trafficking, counterfeit goods, sanctions violations, or instructions for committing crimes.

Educational discussion of sensitive topics must be clearly framed, lawful, and not operationally designed to cause harm.

2. Fraud and marketplace abuse

You may not use stolen payment methods, abuse refunds, manipulate coupons, share paid accounts, resell access, create fake accounts, buy your own courses for ranking manipulation, submit fake reviews, or coordinate artificial engagement.

MyCleverly may use automated and manual reviews to detect fraud, withhold payouts, deny refunds, revoke certificates, and suspend accounts.

3. Cybersecurity content

Cybersecurity education must be lawful, defensive, and authorization-based. Content may teach security principles, secure coding, risk management, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and ethical testing in controlled environments.

Content may not provide operational instructions for unauthorized intrusion, credential theft, phishing, malware deployment, persistence, evasion, botnets, exfiltration, or bypassing security controls.

4. Harassment, privacy, and AI misuse

You may not harass, threaten, shame, sexually exploit, discriminate against, or target users, creators, staff, or third parties. Hate, intimidation, non-consensual intimate content, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.

You may not collect, publish, scrape, sell, or misuse personal data from MyCleverly. You may not use MyCleverly AI to generate harmful content, cheat, impersonate others, create fake reviews, evade safety systems, infringe rights, or produce operational wrongdoing.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, MyCleverly may warn, remove content, reduce visibility, disable features, refund learners, withhold payouts, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or report activity to authorities.

Users may report violations to support@mycleverly.com with relevant URLs, screenshots, course names, usernames, dates, and explanations.
